Hi you can still search through icx.ca for commercial listings just make sure you go through map search and select all searches for bus, office etc

I have a few good realtors to refer you to who are aware of all the businesses for sale on the coast.
You used to be able to search this info on the ICX portal, but I did a search just last week and found only 2 lisitings, one office space and one commercial lease.
There are actually quite a few businesses for sale, so I am happy to point you to someone with more details.
