Four of us dined alfresco last Sunday the 12 of July. After three days on the water while outrigger canoe racing and meals at Molly's, Smitties and Grandma's Pub, our last meal was off the charts. All three of the afore mentioned were Very good in-town dining. The oysters at Smitties, Yam Frites and grilled prawns at Grandma's, and the variety at Molly's would earn raves for most tourist stops. The meal at Chasters was world class with no pretence. We all chose the fixprice 4 course. Three and 1/2 hours later as the sun set we new we had met or match with smiles all around. We had different salads, entre's and cocktails. In the end everyone shared all from the four fish plate, duck breast, rissotto, on and on. The Howe sound view and sunset only added to the expierence. Eat here.

The Best - Chasters Restaurant Sunshine Coast BC by: Kam
My May and June 2010 visits to the Sunshine Coast included dinners at this establishment. Everyone agreed that the food was the best. I cannot see a trip to Gibsons without a visit here.
The view and the service were exceptional as well.
